Our arrangements are made to order and for this reason they are exempt from doing any refunds or returns.
If your arrangement came damage in transit, please send pictures to email@example.com to process a refund. We only replace items if they have been damaged or defective upon delivery.
To complete your refund, please wait for confirmation with instructions from customer service before proceeding with sending items back.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Please follow guidelines above to make the return.
