Returns and Exchanges
Our forever rose arrangements are made to order and for this reason they are exempt from doing any refunds or returns.
If your arrangement came damage in transit, please send pictures to email@example.com to process a refund. We only replace items if they have been damaged or defective upon delivery from one of our drivers. To complete your refund, please wait for confirmation with instructions from customer service before proceeding with sending items back.
For Fresh Flowers ~ Luxury Boxes & Luxury Roses
All sales concluded at Modern Blossoms are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Acceptance of our arrangements and products at the time of sale or delivery is considered proof of good health. If a fresh-cut arrangement or a plant arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of delivery for return/exchange instructions. We are not able to accept returns for fresh-cut products: vase arrangements, boxed arrangements or for live plants beyond 1 hour of initial delivery, because cut products and plants are subject to variable conditions. If returned within the hour, we will replace it free of charge, however delivery and handling fees are non-refundable and a replacement may be picked up at our location or a new delivery fee will be charged. **However if indicated on special instructions via online or phone call to leave flowers at door with no one home, we cannot issue a return or exchange.
Please keep in mind flowers are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering and general care. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Modern Blossoms.
